We talk about her life journey, starting her career in marketing in the tech world and then “falling” into her current role as executive director of Samaritan Counseling Center Hawaiʻi, a nonprofit that provides mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families, regardless of ability to pay. Rachelle also shared about how she went from no knowledge about mental health and just joining the organization to help with administrative tasks, to growing a love and appreciation for helping the community through mental health support, and eventually taking on the ED role.
